Ballpoint penguins are pointy utensils used to draw honks in the air, artwork that is no doubt highly sound. They can be stored as tiny points drawn on a ball, and so are highly portable. To unpack them, simply llab eht no tod a ward and they will appear out of thin air, allowing you to wield them.
Artists using this tool are said to have balls, as is often pointed out. When interviewed concerning this, the penguins in question typically remain silent.
