In the olden days you could buy things without noticing them. I once took a train to a Moldavian signal facility, only to find it hanging beside my waist.
Then, over lunch with a pixelated chicken thigh, my phone rang. The ringtone (my exit theme).
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hello. I've got urgent business to attend to, so don't phone me by daylight."
"What?" I asked, "you phoned me!"
"Really? Sorry mate, must be this twig I'm holding! All right... call you in bed. Cya.. yeh buyeee!!"
He hung up and left me wondering where I left my trousers.
Oh yes. They where on my phone.
