Depression (as in the economical sense)

A depression in the economical sense is what happens when your country spends a lot of money on useless crap and can't get any of it back. Here's an example:

Imagine you are Chinese: this is what your country currently isn't experiencing. If you live anywhere else, however, you are stuck in a depressed depression.

Do you understand it now? The moral of the story is: communism works, children.
