Yeah... Dictators. They're the guys who do stuff. The stuff that the other guys don't like, right?

I think they originate from some place and some guy, I think he was a drunk or something, and he said a proclamation saying, "I'm the leader and stuff." Some crap along the lines of that...

And then there were these guys

I think they were like, French, or something, and they were like, "No way man, I'm not putting up with this crap anymore dude," and so then they...created a storm or something in one place called the ba-stile...am I pronouncing it right? Whatever...
