Giving Birth to Saxophones Forever

Giving Birth to Saxophones Forever is a rare medical condition that affects pregnant women. Instead of giving birth to a human baby, the woman will repeatedly give birth to saxophones for the rest of her life. Whether the saxophones are altar or tenor depends on the severity of the case. There is no known cure, although suffering women often learn to grow used to their constant birthing of saxophones (twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week). Sufferers of the disease are easily identifiable because of the trail of large, shiny new saxophones they leave everywhere they go.
Not to be confused with Pooping Trumpets Forever, which is actually chicken pox. I made that up.
