Led Zeppelin is a band largely responsible for the emergence of heavy airship music, a genre suggested by the group's name. The band is best known for the seminal and lyrical classic "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida." No, wait, that was Iron Butterfly. Must have been the acid, man.

History

Led Zeppelin wrote a song called Dazed and Confused which goes like this:

Wuh Wyooow Wyooow Wyooow Wyooow
Wuh Wyuuu Wyuuu Wyuuu Wyuuu
Wuh Wyooow Wyooow Wyooow Wyooow
Wuh Wyuuu Wyuuu Wyuuu Wyuuu.

Their other hit, Stairway to Heaven, goes a little like this :

BAH! Badadadadada! Ba ba ba BA ba ba ba BA ba ba ba dadada! Ba da dah Ba dah dah DAAAAA~ Ba da dah Ba da dah DAAAAAAAA~ Badadaddadada!

Originally fronted by David Hassellhoff - also known to his friends as der Hooglehooffer.

The Triumphant Death of Led Zeppelin

The Led Zeppelin was destroyed in 1999, when an errant Nigerian Bank Spam struck them, releasing a cloud of poison gas and destroying John Bohnam Junior so hard that it travelled backwards in time twenty years and killed his dad, too.
