Pac-Man's Grandma is a conspiracy theory invented by the evil Koopas during the Middle Ages. She was created by a fat pile of lasagna in order to justify the creation of pancreatic stuffs by many of the citizens of the day. Dots were her primary obsession, but she also was scared of ghosts for some odd reason. She became old and died.
