“Like Michael Moore, Jackson is a sexy, sexy man.[1]

- Roger Ebert

“[Jackson] is like a fruit--he tastes alright when you look on the outside, but when you get to know him better, you realize he's really a tomato.”

- on Barbara "The Beastess" Walters, 20/20

Samuel L. Jackson (born January 31, 1958) is a well known cult Canada actor. His talent and skill as an actor can be seen in how effectively he plays a wide variety of characters. From "Bob", the lonely plumber with a heart of gold, in "Canadian Bacon" to a neurotic Stormtrooper in "one of those Star Wars prequels". Perhaps his best known role was in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" where he played "Rocky Horror". [2] In recent years he has found himself typecasted as either a shy character with problems expressing his true feelings to the woman he loves, or as Oscar Wilde. Durring an interview he acknowledged that most of his inspiration comes from the Shakespearean actor Paul Rueubens.
