This isn't a paradox. It says, If ~A then B. ~A ∴ B But 1) ~A is a weaker position than simply A, i.e. the premise is that the statement is not a shrimp which is ostensively apparent so it's meaningless when you would simply say 'It is a statement' so the premise becomes simply, A. There is no need for negation. 2) The premises do not follow from each other. If not a shrimp then it is not a paradox out of necessity. You can't simply state that it is a paradox when one is not entailed as the result of the structure of the logical argument.
