If 7 equals thirty when 8 is 9,
what is the value of 7
when 8 is not equal to 9?"

Well, to be honest with you,
the answer would be none other than the fickle pickle's pickle,
one he is involved in so heavily, that if 7 were to equal anything other than said amount,
the pickle, the oh-so-fickle pickle's pickle, would in fact be the answer.
