When you read, a DNA strand is threaded through your mind and, little by little, a massive creature is built inside. This creature can be impossible but it exists in there. DNA synthesis. The code for creatures.



I saw a lake that has high salt concentrations.

The salt had formed ornate, palace-like shapes that reached skyward.

They almost looked like coral reefs. Almost looked alive.

But nope, they were nothing but highly complex patterns of chemicals.

But then, so are we.
