League of Obscure Superheroes Squad/Registerer

Registerer was a not-so-superhero who coined his name from the film "Benchwarmers", the filthy bastard. Anyway, he put it to good use, for he was exceptionally talented at working in registry-related departments in businesses and other organizations due to some event as a child where his dad dropped him and he hit his head on cement. Because of this, many businesses desired him to fit the job of some desk person, but they soon realized he had trouble doing simple tasks such as refilling the copier and stapling things, which resulted in him being fired.

After his firing, he joined the L.O.S.S. organization as the head of registry, doing nothing but registering, re-registering, and re-re-registering the few members of L.O.S.S. because he has nothing better to do. Every once in a while he sleeps, but every other waking moment of his life is spent doing some sort of registry related work or pondering whether today is the day for suicide or if tomorrow would be better.
