Voodoo is the practice of giving the rich tax breaks first done by Ronald Reagan back when I gave a crap. It was done so that Mario could eat more spaghetti whenever he felt like it. It all just had to trickle down.
Voodoo was also practiced by Bill Clinton who had nothing else better to do when he tricked everyone he lowered the deficit.
