Extra George Washington
The genetically identical clone of the celebrated President of the United States George Washington, formed when a wart broke off from George Washington's toe and began acting oddly. Modern historians assume this occurred due to President Washington's frequent dog sniffing but of course this can never be known for certain.
After a brief ridiculous career in theater Extra G. (as he came to be known) had a falling out with his progenitor and moved to Illinois, which he attempted to declare independent from the U.S. This sparked a chain reaction in the surrounding territories, leading to what would soon be called the Gratuitous Rebellion. The President had to send 190 agents of the Secret Service (which wasn't even invented yet) just in order to apprehend Extra G. and his very few cohorts.
Late in life, Extra G. wrote a memoir about his life as George Washington's minuscule double, called My Life as George Washington's Minuscule Double. This was ignored.
Legacy
Having inherited the President's good looks, Extra George Washington had two children during his lifetime and has many descendants today. Descendants of his are easily recognizable by their bug eyes, short stature, and excessive vulnerability to fungal infections.
