The feline warriors are fearless in their attack.

The ICA, or the International Cat Army, is an armed force responsible for all land, air and marine based operations. Obviously, it consists of lots and lots of cats. It has been praised as one of the best forces on earth, due to its soldiers having nine lives.

Currently consisting of approximately 5,000 armed felines, the army also holds four submarines, two warships, twenty tanks, fifty fighter jets and a LOT of kitty litter. They also pride in being the lowest budget army in the world, as their soldiers can catch their own mice and clean themselves as well. Soldiers are awarded a dish of milk for services, as cats don't find medals and awards very appealing.

Their biggest fame came from their part in the Kitty Freedom Fight, in which they destroyed a sizable force of Pound catchers.
