You enter the marble halls, your footsteps ringing on the red carpet. Leila looks up at you. "You've done well. I trust in your skill. From here, there is plenty to do for new souls to the realm.. but first, it's best you take your box of equipment over there."

You reach over to the small case, and take out a handaxe, a dagger, a staff, a reasonably filled spellbook, and a pistol with plenty of ammo. "That's a Bag of Stuff; it holds in an extradimensional space a certain quantity of items. It should help you. Now, carry yourself on the greatest adventures of the land, and good luck."

You take your equipment, and leave feeling invigorated and experienced. You walk for many days, crossing the great rivers and seas, crossing the deserts and towns, and find yourself lacking in things to do. Eventually, you realize that was only an hour. Ah well, it's getting late.

You have leveled up. and now have Basic Combat Skills. This allows you to cast spells properly and wield heavy weapons, among other things. You carry your equipment and a small foldout tent. You also have 10 more max HP. What do you do?

Camp in a clearing.

Kick the God statue nearby.

Adventure into the nearby forest.

Starting now, the gods become harsher to your plight.
