Malpheasants (from the Latin mal, meaning "bad" and the legalese English pheasants, meaning "pheasants") are a classification in many legal systems of English-speaking countries, generally defined as "torts [1] having, or not having, to do with pheasants".

Bad pheasants are usually associated with nuisance behavior such as interfering with auto races or soiling the grounds on the Queen's day at the races.
